J. Selby’s in St. Paul is now open and changing the game. They’re already receiving much acclaim and if their business booms enough, this could be the first of several locations.

In addition to kosher hot dogs, the stand will offer Sriracha Brats and Italian Sausages–both kosher and both vegan, prepared on a pareve grill plate, separate from the Kosher beef franks. And the press is loving it too (Strib and VegNews)!
